The truth is, I rarely meet people who have a healthy and connected relationship with their body. 

 

Most of us are taught that we need to focus on logic, intellect, positive thinking, and re-wiring our brain. 

 

But what most of us aren’t taught is that the real wisdom lives in your body, and there is no re-wiring your brain without getting your body involved. 

 

The problem is: you’ve probably had a lot of life experience that has taught you that your body isn’t a safe, or comfortable or welcoming place to be.

The short answer is anyone, because we all have a body and we could all use a deeper connection to it. Beyond that, this course is for you if you identified with any of the struggles I listed above. Especially if you’ve tried the talk therapy/self-help route and keep feeling stuck.

I have a history of trauma. Can I benefit from this course?

If you have some heavy experiences that you’ve never revisited or processed before, and you’re not sure what might come up, I recommend checking in with a trained trauma therapist or practitioner for support either before or while you are going through this course. While it is designed to be introductory and meet you where you’re at, I encourage you to be honest with yourself about the level of 1:1 support that might also be helpful for you. Is this a live program? What’s the schedule?

 

- This course is pre-recorded and was designed to take at your own pace. The suggested timeline to work through the phases is 3-4 weeks, but you are welcome to take it slower or faster depending on your preference! 

 

- Additionally, there will be live bonus workshops and coaching sessions that will be included in this course. They will be hosted sporadically via zoom (you will receive an email notice in advance), and the replays will be available in your course portal the following day. 

 

What is the format of the course?
