What is the Core Self?

In the realm of somatic parts work, we all have a Core Self, along with younger parts that often show up when we're navigating challenges. Your Core Self is the version of you who is bigger than those challenges - the version who can see the big picture. You can think of your Core Self like a wise and loving parent to those younger parts.
Most of us are living in the story of those wounded parts, rather than in our authenticity.
This course helps you go from feeling disconnected, overwhelmed by emotions, scared, out of control, stuck and frozen - to emotionally regulated, confident, safe and embodied.
Core Self is a 6-week immersion designed to help you end the habit of self-abandonment. This is the bridge from the "Waiting Room" of your life to the full, messy, whimsical expression of who you actually are.
You will practice:
Trust your gut without a second opinion. Learn to recognize the "Yes" in your body before your brain has a chance to talk you out of it.
Expand your capacity to hold joy, love, and money without instinctively waiting for the other shoe to drop or creating a problem to solve.
Internalize the Loving Parent. Replace the inner critic with a voice that is actually on your side—not just when you’re doing well, but especially when you’re struggling. We will meet the "Good Girl," the "Perfectionist," and the "Overachiever" with unconditional love. We don’t try to kill these parts; we help them feel safe enough to finally let you take the lead.
Reclaim your physical space. Move out of the "frozen" feeling and back into a body that feels like a safe, vibrant place to live.
Somatic Embodiment: you will learn to process big emotions in your cells, not just your head. You’ll build the nervous system capacity to stay open and alive even when life feels intense.
The Identity Codes: We will look at the conditioned stories you inherited about how hard life has to be and how much you’re allowed to have. Then, we will rewrite them to reflect the woman you actually want to be.

The course content (including videos, guided audios, and PDFs) will be accessed through a membership portal on Kartra. You will receive login details after you make your purchase. Any bonus live sessions will be hosted on Zoom (with an invite link sent to your email). There are two options to join a private community for more support, one on Telegram and one on another app.
- This course is pre-recorded and designed to take at your own pace. The suggested timeline to work through the modules is 4-6 weeks, but you are welcome to take it slower or faster depending on your preference!
- Additionally, there will be live bonus workshops and coaching sessions that will be included in this course. They will be hosted sporadically via zoom (you will receive an email notice in advance), and the replays will be available in your course portal the following day.
The short answer is anyone, because we all have a Core Self and we could all use a deeper self-connection. Beyond that, this course is for you if you identified with any of the struggles I listed above. Especially if you’ve tried the talk therapy/self-help route and keep feeling stuck.
If you have some heavy experiences that you’ve never revisited or processed before, and you’re not sure what might come up, I recommend checking in with a trained trauma therapist or practitioner for support either before or while you are going through this course. While it is designed to be introductory and meet you where you’re at, I encourage you to be honest with yourself about the level of 1:1 support that might also be helpful for you.
